Damn, we keep losing the great ones with no one new stepping up to replace them.
Ain't that the truth! Seriously, look at the male movie stars today. Compare them to guys like Newman, McQueen, Connery, Wayne, Marvin, Bronson, etc. Manly men don't exist in Hollywood anymore. Guys that you believed could kick some dudes ass, handle a car like it was part of them, and then sweep a woman off of her feet.
For the most part, the only manly guys left in Hollywood that are still putting out movies are the older stars. Guys like Stallone and Willis. Those two are still making better action flicks than any of the crop of actors the last decade or so. With the notable exception of Jason Statham, who might very well be the last action hero. (On second thougt, maybe thrown in Clive Owen, Daniel Craig as Bond, and Sam Jackson too.)
