Fox withdraw from American TORCHWOOD. Never watched more than a tiny bit of the original. I guess it's because while I like DOCTOR WHO, the spin-offs are pretty terrible. Then again, the common ingredient the spin-offs have with WHO (aside from being spin-offs) is that they're helmed by the guy who brought WHO back and then made it nearly unwatchable by the end. He's still running the satellite shows, but the main show is in better hands now. So much for ol' Rusty making a big splash here in the States.

BBC announces new Gervais and Merchant sitcom. With Wicket the Ewok. I'll probably watch.

SOUTH PARK creators receive death threats over 200th episode. Aside from the bit where they called out Tim Burton, and the hilarious Godzilla-esque song for Mech Barbara, it wasn't that good of an episode.

"Drama is dead," say Hollywood agents. Well, until somebody has a hugely successful drama hit movie and then the studios fall over themselves attempting to clone it.

Creed Shreds 4: A Thousand Yasseahs! This is hilariously brilliant. I laughed so hard that it hurt.

DEAD RISING 2's Xbox 360-only prequel detailed. I was planning on getting this for the PS3, but an extra single player story mode could sway me towards the 360 version.

Next SILENT HILL rumored to be FPS. I can only imagine the complaints from fanboys. Didn't bother to look at the comments, but I bet there's some whining.

More BIOSHOCK 2 toys on the way. Kinda want a Big Daddy figure.
