It's an all entertainment news link farm today.
Bryan Singer comes crawling back to 1407 Greymalkin Lane. No idea what that means? Guess you're not nerdy enough. Translated into plain English: Bryan Singer wants to return to the X-MEN franchise. I guess he just didn't get it wrong enough the first two times around. (I know a lot of other people liked the movies, and the first one was better than the second. Me? As somebody who's been an X-MEN fan for over twenty three years, I thought the movies were shit.)
Fox: We will air all 13 DOLLHOUSE episodes. So worries that the show will be canceled due to it's rock bottom ratings are supposedly alleviated. Me, I fully expect it to get canceled. Anybody hoping for a third season is probably dreaming
Why you've never seen an Independence Day sequel: $$$. It is odd that given the sequel hapy nature of Hollywood, there hasn't been a sequel to "ID4". Hell, most movies like INDEPENDENCE DAY, that seems like they would be franchises are planned as trilogies (at minimum) with stars and directors contractually locked in to return.
RENO 911! stars bring comedy to NBC. I'll give this a chance, hopefully it's better than the last two seasons of RENO 911, which seemed to lose focus once they started work on the movie.
NY Times: Is The Jay Leno Show Hazardous To NBC’s Health? Everybody already knows my opinion on this one.
