Old Media = Dinosaurs
Why the traditional news media is becoming less relevant: they didn't adapt. I generally don't get my news from TV news or newspapers. I do get it from some of those traditional news media's websites though.
Music piracy costs money; does fighting it cost more? I've long made the arguement that the coroporations spend more on copy protection schemes and lawsuits than they're losing. Go figure.

ABC changes its plans for V; will air first four eps then shelve it until after Olympics. This should just read, "ABC decides to try and kill V before t can build up any momentum."
HOUSE bombshell: Jennifer Morrison is out. Given how little they've used her since the end of season three, this isn't that surprising.
Whedon "bitter as hell" over DOLLHOUSE. Specifically Fox not airing the DVD-only episode that sets up season two.

The V news pisses me off like no other. What is the thought process behind a move like that?

EquisBuffy: Judging from the stories I've read (and linked to) over the weekend, it's clear ABC doesn't care about V. I don't know why they ordered it. I guess they were hoping to replace LOST and bought V and FLASH FORWARD (which I haven't seen). I guess it's clear which basket they think they should put all their eggs into.
