Bye bye Microsoft Points? I always thought it would be best if you could pay in both the MS points and with a credit card (eliminating the middle man). Seems like that's the direction they're headed.

SPLINTER CELL: CONVICTION trailers: Then and now. Things have changed quite a bit, but according to that interview above, some of the elements from that trailer are still part of the game. Guess we'll have to wait and see.
Downloadable content and multiplayer to appear in SPLINTER CELL CONVICTION. I wish some of that DLC was a few new single player maps, like the two that came for the first game awhile after it was released. A lot of times, single-player gamers with zero interest in multiplayer don't get any DLC.
New RESIDENT EVIL being designed with PSP Go in mind. I wonder if this will wind up getting adapted for the PS2. Either way, I'm good since I have a PSP, PS2, and PS3.

Valve defends LEFT 4 DEAD 2 release. They shouldn't have to. These complainers have the right to do something about it: Just don't buy the damn game! For those of you who don't have your panties in a wad over the upcoming sequel, enjoy five bloody minutes of LEFT 4 DEAD 2 gameplay. (Warning: Annoying cuts on the video!)

ALAN WAKE 'levels' structured like episodes of a television series. I suppose this would make the game easier to play during the fall TV season.
Microsoft discontinues 'coffin' option for RROD'd 360s. Well, in addition to being unlucky enough to get a defective console, that's a nice little "screw you" cherry on top!
ESA boss talks piracy, DRM at E3. DRM sucks and people who try to justify it, well you can guess what I think about them.
Activision: MODERN WARFARE 2 set to eclipse previous CALL OF DUTY games. I expect it to be a big seller too.
METAL GEAR ARCADE out in 2009. Not that there are more than a handful of arcades left in the US anyway.
