Entertainment

Clone More Day - The Return Of Ben Reilly. Spider-Man fans, set your teeth to grind! I stopped reading comics for about a year right around the end of the Clone Saga back in the 90s (getting let go from the comics store also played a part).

New Doctor faces same old villains. Oh boy, the Daleks. Again. As much as I love them, the new series has overused them a bit. (Almost as much as the original show did during the first Doctor's era. Then the overused villain of the second Doctor's era was the Cybermen. The Master for the third, and so on.)

Sorry, there's no way to save the TV business. A pretty interesting read over at TV By The Numbers. The internet sure has changed a lot of dying and outdated business models, and TV is far from immune.

Video Games

MAX PAYNE 3 details from GAME INFORMER hit the web. I have HQ scans of the article, but I haven't gotten around to looking at them/reading it yet.

METAL GEAR SOLID RISING will use all new engine. Hopefully it'll also feature shorter cut scenes. I'd prefer any info dumps to happen while playing.

EA's fake protest creates some real protest. Far from surprising. Religious groups usually aren't known for having a sense of humor.

Angry Dinosaurs

MPAA admits to losing PR War to the 'Enemies of Copyright'. The MPAA are evil and should just go away. Of course, that would open up the ratings system to be handled by the government, which is probably even worse.

Media misreports on biased Pirate Bay judge. I'm so confused by all of this stuff at this point.
