I honestly had no idea what a Lady Gaga is before this, but I know it can't be as good as FNM (but then again, I hadn't heard the Katie Perry kissed a girl song until 2 or 3 months ago, so i'm just blissfully out of the loop)
It's amazing they've been gone for 12 years or so, what an amazing band. I remember seeing them come off better than any other group opening the GNR/Metallica tour (back with Big Jim on guitar, fuck we're old), they need to tour the states something fierce
I had seen pictures of Lady Gaga and her B-b-b-b-b-b-butta face on various websites, but never heard a note of her music. (She kinda looks like a really ugly version of Christina Aguilera.)
I forget how, but somehow I wound up hearing the song. Generic, auto-tune, 21st century disposable pop.
As far as FNM goes, a few years ago I was out with a friend, and he had on a FNM shirt. Our waitress, who was high-school aged asked who they were. *THAT* made me feel really old.
It's scary getting old, isn't it? Not only that but the complete suck that music has become in the last years.... I just got done buying Mission of Burma tickets for me and J.Rule, jesus christ, i'm going to be the youngest guy at Pearl Street
I've had a crush on the lead singer of FNM for years! And those recent pics of Hatchet-Face from the John Waters film Cry-Baby. Yuck!
