Toshiba remains stubborn, looks to DVD upscaling while brushing Blu-ray off. A well-mastered DVD with high quality upscaling can look really good. Good enough to put off upgrading until Blu-Ray prices drop on both the hardware and discs.
Associated Press: Fair use limits you to four words; five words costs $12.50. That sounds awfully high. Maybe that's just me though.
