Legislators seeking to create exemptions from jury service in Mass. I haven't had jury duty since 2005, so I know I'm due soon.
Every person on the planet who ever asks another person for help with a computer-related issue should be forced to look at this: Tech Support Cheat Sheet. Then they should have to print it out and hang it next to their computer. If they're using a laptop, they should be forced to carry a laminated copy around with them.

Microsoft responds to staggering 360 failure rate report. Well of course they're going to downplay the ridiculously high percentage of 360s that fail. Just like Sony used to downplay the number of PS2s that would die.
GRAND THEFT AUTO IV expansion price slashed. The existing downloadable one. The upcoming disc with this content and the next DLC game didn't drop down in price. (Which is what I was hoping for when I clicked on this headline.)
New director chosen for BIOSHOCK movie. It's the guy who did 28 WEEKS LATER. Pretty much a shoulder shrug from me on this one.
Sony: PS3 price cut not due to 'market conditions,' more social networking features on the way. I'm amazed they dropped the price. I honestly thought they wouldn't ever do it just to spite the consumers and game makers who wanted a lower price.
