Here's some links, with much of it being stuff coming out of Comic-Con.
Entertainment
CHUCK's new superpowers won't be as helpful as he hoped. Some minor spoilers for the upcoming, yet so far away, season of CHUCK.
SPACED on Hulu! Now you have no excuse to be uninformed. It's a shame Hulu doesn't get this stuff a little quicker. (They're only about 10 years late on this one!)
Joss Whedon’s horrible advice for visiting CABIN IN THE WOODS. I think these posters are pretty amusing. They've definitely made me more interested in the movie than I was before. So mission accomplished, I guess.
Olmos: THE PLAN won't be the last BSG movie. I don't see why they would keep going. The show is over and we already know how it turned out. I'll watch THE PLAN, because it seems like part of the actual series, that simply got cut out, but anything more seems like unnecessary overkill.
We've seen DOLLHOUSE's lost post-apocalyptic episode! Pretty much a summary of the unaired DVD/Blu-ray exclusive episode. Considering how important it is to the rest of the show, and how much it'll impact the second season, not airing it was a mistake. I saw it a week or two ago (YARR!!!), and it was pretty good. Lots of glimpses at what's to come.
V screening gets strong Comic-Con response. Probably the only new show I'll be trying out this year. It can probably replace HEROES, which I plan to skip. Fool me with one season of your crappy show, shame on you. Fool me with a second turd of a season, shame on me.
Video Games Movies
New RESIDENT EVIL movie is 3D, start of new trilogy. I guess they don't know when to quit, and now they're hopping on the wretched, headache-inducing, 3-D bandwagon. Oh boy.
No GTA for the big screen. Since GTA is basically a crime movie in video game form, it would be pretty pointless to make a GRAND THEFT AUTO movie. Besides, CRANK is pretty close to what a GTA movie would be anyway.
Yarr!
One in three is a music pirate. And probably another 33% or more just aren't admitting to it. So if at least 33% of the population is admitting to this, does it still make sense for it to be "illegal"?
Speaking of piracy, one reader was kind enough to send me a link to the BSA's page where you can report pirates. I always knew that organization offered a reward to people who turned in their employers who used pirated apps on the workstations, but I had no idea the reward was up to a million dollars. That's insane.

I don't even watch CHUCK and I feel bad that fans of that show will have to endure a half-season of HEROES until it's back. I loved HEROES first season but at this point I feel like I'm just going to be watching it out of habit, they've already squandered all of the potential of that series. Maybe it will finally go the way of MANIMAL in the first few weeks and you'll get CHUCK back that much sooner.
I agree with you on THE PLAN, I can't see any other BSG movies getting shoe-horned into that franchise. What the heck is left to tell, how Lee got fat after they settled on New Caprica? I thought they had already struck all of the sets and auctioned the props off anyway.
Damn, I wish they'd had that site for reporting software piracy around back when I was still in radio. I worked at one of the top stations in Springfield and at the time their entire office network was built on bootleg copies of Windows.
Oh I'm extra out of it this summer. Didn't even know Joss was making a movie. Those posters are pretty funny. There should be one about realizing your friends are missing so you take the time to smoke a doobie.
