I'd imagine that most people would recognize Michael Caine. After all, he's only been in show business for over fifty years now. In a star-obsessed culture like ours you'd think he'd be pretty damn recognizable, right? Maybe not...

Caine: 'I was terrorist suspect'

The veteran actor, 75, revealed that when he was boarding a plane in Texas under his real name Maurice Micklewhite, the airport staff were wary of his behaviour.

He told GQ: "The guard said 'You've no luggage. You're a foreigner. You're in first class. And you're last to board. That is the profile of the 9/11 fliers'."

Oh, c'mon! You mean to tell me nobody working at that airport recognized the man? Shit, he even played Alfred in two BATMAN movies! Putting the fame aside, are there really cockney terrorists plaguing America? Hell, are there even cockney terrorists?
